What a phenomenal year 2023 has been for RR&A! We have achieved countless new milestones, welcomed a host of new team members, relocated our Houston office to a brand-new space, and so much more. Yet, one thing that remains unwavering is the exceptional clients and colleagues that we have the pleasure of working with every day. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported RR&A since its inception.
RR&A proudly celebrated its 5th anniversary in April. It is truly remarkable to witness the company’s tremendous growth over the past five years. We are immensely grateful for this journey and remain fully confident in our ability to continue delivering exceptional services to all our clients.
Our Houston office has recently moved to a new, spacious location off Post Oak Blvd. We are thrilled with the new office, which the partners meticulously customized to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for us to work in, complete with personalized office nameplates! We look forward to showing off the new office more in 2024.
We are thrilled to announce that our firm welcomed three exceptional full-time employees in 2023. Alyssa Gibson, our Office Manager and Paralegal, joined us in the Spring, bringing with her a “Get-It-Done” attitude. Kaysha Spoon joined the RR&A team at the beginning of the year, but as a Junior Associate, and has excelled in the Land and Title practice area. Eric Dean, our newest Senior Associate, is focused on expanding the Special Projects practice and has already demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our clients. We know these three will continue to bring their best work and add value, insight, and service to our clients.
Our long-time law clerk, Tannon Symm, graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in May. Tannon has always been dedicated and hardworking, and his performance has been exemplary in the year and a half he’s worked at RR&A. We are thrilled to see him grow in his career at RR&A and continue to shine in the legal field. As he begins his attorney career as a Junior Associate in 2024, we are confident that Tannon’s impressive skills and knowledge will be an asset to our firm and contribute significantly to our clients’ success.
Earlier this year, Miranda Caballero was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, a position she sought after with immense enthusiasm. With a “drive to build strong relationships with fellow young lawyers in Texas and harness her skills and network to benefit her community in Houston and beyond,” Miranda’s contributions have been instrumental in the organization’s growth. Her hard work and dedication have been invaluable in guiding numerous young Texas lawyers. We are extremely proud of Miranda’s accomplishments.
Firm Partner Andrew Clinton was invited to speak at two Gasworld conferences this year, a testament to his expertise in the field. Our firm prides itself on having a team of experts in their respective fields. Andrew’s conference presentations showcased his exceptional skills and expertise, providing attendees with valuable insights and knowledge regarding innovation and strategies in the carbon industry. In August, some of the RR&A team had an exciting day as they got ready for a new firm photoshoot. The team members were treated to professional hair and make-up services, as well as personal stylists who helped them look their best. The day was a production, but everyone had a great time! The Annual Bingo Night hosted by RR&A in September was an exciting and highly anticipated event. It provided a perfect opportunity to socialize with our clients and colleagues while indulging in food, drinks, and a few rounds of Bingo. We had an absolute blast, and the event was a huge success! We eagerly look forward to next Fall when we can host this fantastic event again.
As the year draws to a close, it is an excellent time to reflect on all we have accomplished and express our gratitude to those who have helped us along the way.
